 
Casa Patricia is American owned and operated and located in Cozumel's premier residential area - Corpus Christi. It has a view of the beautiful Corpus Christi Cathedral. It is a three-bedroom, three-bath home with private pool and just four blocks from the ocean front.This very convenient location is just a 5 minutes walk to the island's largest grocery store and a 10 minute walk to the central plaza. Also, this ideal location is within scores of local restaurants are within short walk or bike ride distance.  Casa Patricia was designed and built by a local builder. This home will sleep up to eight people. The two larger bedrooms offer king-size beds while the smaller bedroom has two singles. Each room is fully air conditioned. The master bedroom has private access to a lovely palapa deck with comfortable hammock which overlooks a lush, mature garden, and pool with waterfall.
Outside of the kitchen and living room sits a large patio that is partially covered with a bougainvillea arbor and is an excellent spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Casa Patricia is completely furnished with with hand-made furniture, full kitchen and includes maid, gardening, and pool service. Bicycles are available for guests as well as a rinse tank, drying line and hooks for divers.
This house is located just up the street from our good neighbors Albatros Charters and they've been known to pick up customers equipment so that they do not have to haul it around.

Casa Patricia is four blocks from the waterfront and the largest supermarket on the island. This vacation home is within easy walking distance to many good restaurants yet it still provides peace, privacy and tranquility.
