The condo spans two floors with three sunken Jacuzzi tubs, the third one being outside on the terrace where you can take a dip and enjoythe sun and the evening sunsets. Two palapas (thatched roofs) were install for shade up on the third and fourth floor terraces for comfortable outdoor living. In fact, there is even a more recently added terrace which will bring you like a bird hovering over the views of the island. It's totally panoramic. Have coffee or your favorite refreshing drink out on any terrace while watching the cruise ships roll in to port. The top floor terrace has two large areas, one side open to the environment so you can get pleasure from sunbathing in private and the other, covered with a palapa so you can relax in the shade. Or if you are not afraid of heights, you can venture up to the uppermost terrace. Whichever terrace you prefer, you can enjoy watching the sunset over the ocean while having an exotic Caribbean drink in a tranquil environment. Costa Azul is a two bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit. For total privacy, bedrooms are located on separate floors. The master bedroom is located on the fourth floor with a king size bed and almost a full 360° panoramic view. The large domed 15-ft vaulted ceiling also lends in keeping the cool air inside --or of course you can always turn on the central air. The second bedroom has either twin beds or a king and separate access to the third floor terrace. In addition, the living room has a pull out bed that can sleep two adults. Costa Azul housing has numerous large windows and sliding doors to terraces which provide views and access to the outdoors and comfortable island breezes. The household furniture is handmade by the local craftsmen, as are the doors and lighting fixtures. You will be able to relax in this authentic Mexican theme home. This is a five-unit building that is designed for absolute privacy, there are no other houses or buildings on the block so neighbors are not an issue. Costa Azul has been laid out so that the only way to see anyone else in the building is to knock on their door and introduce your self or invite them over for a Margarita. So feel free to sunbathe on our terrace and relax in complete privacy. You wont need a rental car or even a taxi where we are located as you can walk just about everywhere from the house, however, should you feel the need for a taxi they are readily available a block away at one of the beach front hotels.
