Casa Martillo is located just 4 blocks inland from the waterfront behind the Cozumel Palace. Located directly next to our good neighbors at Albatros Charters who can help you with both fishing and diving.   

There are four 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos and two 1 bedroom, 1 bath condos.

All condos have central air conditioning for cool, quiet living. Complete kitchens include purified bottled water, full size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and all utensils. There is a large supermarket four blocks from Casa Martillo. We provide shopping carts.

The upstairs of the two bedroom condos have one bedroom with queen bed and private bath, and one bedroom with two twin beds and adjoining bath. Downstairs includes dining room, living room with sofa bed, and kitchen.

One bedroom condos have queen bed and bath upstairs; dining room, living room with sofa bed, and kitchen downstairs.  Every bedroom has a balcony over-looking the courtyard and pool. The lower level of the one bedroom units have balconies with a small table and chairs that are perfect for breakfast or an intimate dinner for two. The downstairs hall windows are beautiful stained glass.
