Private pool, dunk tank, secure dry storage all in one place. Casa Colorado is recently renovated, located on the beautiful Mexican/Carribean Island of Cozumel. The lovely vacation villa is sure to become your escape to the sun.It has 3 bedrooms each with private bath and 1/2 bath off the living room/kitchen area. There are also a couple of futons for additional sleeping alternatives.
Located in the best neighborhood on the island, Corpus Christi and close to many amenities. Enjoy cocktails on the new rooftop terrace while watching the sun set. Chedraui, the newest and largest grocery store on the island is also 2 blocks away. Downtown San Miguel with its variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment is only a short 15 minute walk from Casa Colorado. If you plan to spend time in the house (most people don't plan to, but love the home so much, they stay in), there is a gourmet kitchen with huge breakfast counter. All utilities are new. This includes a new gas stove, BBQ, as well as full size refrigerator, stereo and tv. The house also has air conditioning for those that prefer a cooler climate.
A great location. Located on Ave. 5 Bis between Calles 19 and 21 in the Corpus Cristi area of Cozumel, Mexico. Casa Colorado is two blocks from the waterfront and three blocks from the largest supermarket on the island, this vacation rental is within easy walking distance to the waterfront, Plaza, shopping, restaurants, etc.
If staying less than 7 nights a low season nightly rate is $190 while a high season nightly rate is $210. This housing price quoted includes the IVA tax currently 12%. A deposit of 1/2 of the rent is required to reserve the house with remainder due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A $300 refundable security deposit required. Returned after 60 days or next billing cycle.
