This rental property is a luxury bi-level ocean view penthouse located in sunny, warm and friendly Cozumel island. Just one block from the ocean and reefs, located in the Corpus Christi area. This location is easy access to the beach, scuba diving, shopping, dining, fishing, a quick stroll to downtown or the park, huge grocery store and much more. The unit is a two bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with 3 jacuzzi's and a pressurized water system. The living room has a futon which can also be used as an additional bed. It will sleep 5 persons.

There are 2 beautiful terraces. The main terrace has an outside jacuzzi and palapa for all-day island lounging or private sun bathing. Yet, if you get a little too hot you can take a break under the palapa. You can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon margaritas from either the main balcony or head up the spiral staircase to the Sunset Terrace observatory which provides ocean view of passing cruise ships or just anytime water watching and sunsets.

The penthouse provides mid-week maid service (daily service is available for a small charge), purified water, linens, towels, beachtowels, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Our house manager will greet you at your vacation home and provide information about the island.

The home is full of large windows, sliding glass doors and balconies to capture the sunlight and ocean breezes that are always available. The master bedroom has a 15-foot domed ceiling that naturally circulates the cool breezes. Or, for those wanting a bit more cooler climate, can utilize the air-conditioning.

The furniture is handmade, and the doors and cabinetry are custom-built. A decorator brought in fabrics, tiles, and paint to create an authentic Mexican theme in the warm colors of the sunset. To make you feel like a true native, Caribe Sunset boasts colorful artwork that was selected from all over Mexico.

The housing prices quoted do not include the IVA tax currently 12%. A deposit of 1/2 of the rent is required to reserve the condo with remainder due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Rates quoted are for 4 persons. Additional surcharge for 5th person. A $300 refundable security deposit required. Returned after 60 days or next billing cycle.
