		Caribe Sunset and Costa Azul condos. These ocean view penthouse condos have private terraces where you can bathe in the sun and watch the sun set over the water while relaxing in the outside Jacuzzis or under the palapas. This building has two, two bedroom units in two levels, with 2 1/2 baths, full kitchens and beautiful views. These units are located just one block from the ocean front and within walking distance to town. Expect comforts! In fact, there are too many creature comforts to list. Price Range $800-1300

		Casa Amor - is a private home with all of the amenities you have in your own home. There is a private pool where you can bathe in the sun and have the privacy of your own place for entertaining or just hanging out. This house can be rented as a two or a three bedroom option and is within walking distance to shopping, the waterfront and town. Price Range $845-1400

		Casa Carlita - is a villa which stands out as a wonderful place to spend a tropical vacation. Close to everything, yet very private, Casa Carlita will give you the opportunity to spend quality time with family or friends and easy access to all that Cozumel has to offer. Casa Carlita is a romantic retreat for honeymooners. Price Range $799-1395

		Casa Martillo - Four 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos and two 1 bedroom, 1 bath condos, surrounding a courtyard with pool, veranda and barbecue as well as full kitchens. Casa Martillo is located just 3 blocks inland from the waterfront behind the Cozumel Palace Hotel and easy walking distance to Centro as well. Price Range $495-850

		Casa Colorado not only contains a spacious 1600 square foot home with 3 bedrooms (sleeps six) and 3 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, large living room and formal dining area, but also comes with a dunk tank and storage locker, as well as a professionally landscaped yard, complete with palapa and pool. Price Range $1200-1500

		Casa Patricia will keep you coming back for your own peace and tranquility. It is a spacious home with 3 bedrooms (sleeps six) and 3 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining area, but also comes with a rinse tank and storage facilities, as well as a professionally landscaped yard, complete with mature yard and pool. Price Range $1000-1200

		Casa Tres Chacas is a charming 3 bedroom home, has a separate suite which can be rented alone or with the house, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining area, as well as a beautiful, mature, private garden, complete with pool, and hot tub. Price Range $875-1100 for the house and $455-600 for the terrace suite.

		Casa Tropicales a spacious home with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8-10) and 31/2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining area, but also comes with a rinse tank and storage facilities, as well as a professionally landscaped yard, complete with yard, pool, terraces and screened in room. Price Range $1200-2000

		Cozumel Luxury Rentals is a private gated community with multiple homes. Each home is furnished with world class amenities and luxuries that rival a 5 star resort. All houses located on a beach with pool and jacuzzi as well as a pier. If it's relaxation, peace and tranquility you seek, look no further. Price Ranges vary by house (too numerous to list).

		Summer Place Inn is a bed and breakfast. The total complex will sleep about 16 persons, however, rooms are for rent individually. It's an island get away that you'll be comfortable at whether you are lounging by the pool or sharing a table with other guests over coffee. They'll supply the food, you can make your own breakfast. Price Range $455-742
